Karen Sulser, Practice Manager

Karen Sulser joined Winchester Gastroenterology Associates in 1988.

In her 30+ year career at WGA, Karen has seen a lot of changes — new office spaces, a growing team of providers and support staff, and added advanced services. Despite the changes, one thing has remained the same: our commitment to providing excellent gastroenterology care to our patients and Karen’s part in making that happen.

From Receptionist to Medical Billing and Insurance to Practice Manager, Karen is a knowledgeable and caring leader of our practice.

Jordan's Bio

Jordan has worked with Winchester Gastroenterology since March of 2020 as the Billing Supervisor where she oversees Coding, Billing and Collections for both Winchester Gastroenterology and Blue Ridge Endoscopy. She enjoys her co-workers and making the office a more joyous and happy place to work! In her free time she likes to spend time Gardening, Canning, running her son to his various sports activities and her Yellow Lab named Millie!

Kara Pearce, LPN
Clinical Supervisor

Kara Pearce, LPN, Clinical Supervisor Winchester Gastroenterology Associates

Kara's Bio

Kara Pearce, LPN is WGA’s clinical supervisor. She grew up in West Virginia, but has worked in the Winchester area for many years as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Kara has previous work experience in a primary care setting for 10 years, and brings knowledge of many facets of healthcare to WGA. After leaving primary care, she began her career with WGA in November 2019. She has since worked diligently to build a strong clinical team. Kara oversees the daily operations of 21 clinical staff at this time, and successfully established and maintained COVID-19 related policies during 2020 and throughout the pandemic. She has been an essential part of the team to introduce new procedures and testing to our practice, including esophageal and anorectal manometries, as well as hemorrhoid banding. Additionally, she attended the Modernizing Medicine national conference in 2021, where she represented Winchester Gastroenterology.

Kara enjoys spending time with her family and reading when she is not working, and is looking forward to a life-long career with Winchester Gastroenterology Associates.

Lori Moorehouse Winchester Gastroenterology Associates

Lori's Bio

Lori joins Winchester Gastroenterology Associates with over 20 years in the medical field. She is a Bridgewater College alumni with a Bachelor’s degree in biology and specialty in medical laboratory science. Her passion to serve the surrounding area runs deep, as she is a Winchester native. In her off time, Lori enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling and building Lego. At WGA, she brings compassion and support to better the experience of our patients and our WGA team.
